Terms and Conditions for EPT Education

1. Acceptance of terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

• “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses our services.
• “Services” refers to all educational programs, courses, materials, and content provided by EPT Education.

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Users agree not to engage in any unlawful activities while using our services.

All content provided through EPT Education, including course materials, logos, and trademarks, is the property of EPT Education or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Payments

• Users may be required to pay fees for certain services. Payment terms will be clearly stated during the registration process.
• All payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

• Enrollment in courses is subject to availability.
• Users must complete courses within the specified timeframe to receive certificates or credits.

Users are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course or platform.

8. Disclaimers

EPT Education provides educational content but does not guarantee results. Users are responsible for applying the knowledge gained at their own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

EPT Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Modifications

EPT Education reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.

11. Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Your Jurisdiction.

12. Legislation prohibiting “academic cheating”

By law, we cannot and will not under any circumstances assist any tertiary student with any assessment task or assessable task material.

13. Payment terms and discounts

For tutoring and other teaching, payments are due at the start of the session or class. We also offer classes and sessions in pre-paid blocks of 10 or more sessions in which case we offer a significant discount. We also offer discounts for extended classes of > 1.5 hrs and for cases of hardship.

14. Late cancellation

Late cancellation of classes (ie. within 12 hrs of the scheduled class) will mean a $50 late cancellation fee will be applied unless a make-up session is arranged.
